Outdoor Bootcamp session II begins Thursday, July 14th, 7-8pm at Alameda Park. What the heck is bootcamp? It’s a cardio intense athletic style hour long workout that utilizes bootcamp style exercises to achieve maximum calorie burn and cardiovascular training. Think hill runs, exercises in the sand, mountain climbers, push-ups, suicides, ropes and more!
This is the kind of intense interval workout that trains you body to work in and out of your aerobic and anaerobic systems for a workout that blasts calories and ups your fitness level in a much shorter period of time.
